Journey Song is a nonprofit corporation registered with the N.H. Attorney General's Charitable Trusts Unit. It is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Journey Song is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors led by President Dan Bergeron, Vice President John Wallace, Secretary Cynthia Harriman, Treasurer Michael McCann, and Directors Mark DeVries, Melanie Shields, and Gail Werrbach.
